Michelle: I didn't meet Clara at your class Halloween party -- was she there?
Laurel: Yes. She was the girl with black hair, she's kind of short.
Michelle: Oh, I guess I didn't realize who she was. Maybe I'll meet her at the Christmas party, if she is there.
Laurel: If I were a betting person, I'd put my money on her being there.
