Me: "If you're gonna pee, you need to go in the toilet."
Ethan: "No! I go in here!"
(peeing)
Me: "Oh, you are SO busted. The jig is up. You just told me you were going to pee and then you did it, so you KNOW when you need to go. Dang it, Greg! It's time to potty-train him."
