I Guess He Showed Me.
Last week Ethan was playing with one of those noisy toys. He had an RC car that makes all KINDS of noise, and he was playing it over and over again until I finally had just HAD IT.
Me: “ARGH! Ethan, stop doing that or I SWEAR I will throw it in the trash!!!”
Ethan: “Nuh-uh, you can’t! haha!”
Me: “Excuuuuuuuuuuuse me? What did you just say? Did you just tell me I can’t?!”
Ethan: “Yup. It says so right here. Right here on this car, on the bottom, it says you can’t throw it away.”
Me: “Uh-huh, okay smart guy, you wanna SHOW me where it says I can’t throw it away? Because this arguing is a really good way to get me to throw it away.”
And then he showed me.
Well, yes. I laughed. Who wouldn’t?
