Nice trip! A couple things you might want to consider adding in - the Corn Palace in Mitchell, SD is right on your route. The kids would probably get a kick out of it. Also, when you are in Colorado, I would recommend a stop in Estes Park in Rocky Mtn National Park - it's ony a half hour west of Longmont and very pretty. Have fun!! When are you taking off?
